About Alli Aman

Denver, Colorado has Alli’s heart! Her favorite thing to say is “Denver is my first true love.” Though she was not born in Colorado, Alli’s mom was born and raised in Colorado, so her family roots run deep in this great state! Her family vacations were always in Colorado either at her relatives in Denver or at her Aunt’s cabin in Grand Lake. As soon as Alli graduated from Baylor University she moved to Denver and has called this city her home since. In 2008, she knew she wouldn’t live anywhere else, so she purchased her first home in Berkeley Highlands neighborhood. Alli ranks buying her home and choosing to become a Real Estate agent as the best decisions she has made to date. She has a background in project management, so planning, organizing and being thorough are three of her stronger skill sets that help clients in the process of purchasing and selling a home. Alli would love the opportunity to help you with your next home purchase or home sell. She pours her heart into her clients and clients often become dear friends of Alli. She would love to earn your trust and business.

Q&A With Alli...

Where do you LIVE?
Berkeley Highlands! I’ve lived in this area for 8+ years and to see the neighborhood transform into something so unique and fabulous has been fun! I love being within walking distance to all the wonderful places on Tennyson Street, Berkeley Park and Rocky Mountain Park.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I love helping people! Helping people find something as special as a home truly is a privilege and an honor. I’ve been interested in Real Estate for as long as I can remember. After going through the purchase of my own home 8 years ago I’ve known for a long time this was my calling. (Along with a small obsession with HGTV and House Hunters!) When I bought my house I was lucky enough to have my Uncle as my agent and since that time Real Estate has always been my long term goal. He is truly the best of the best and I feel privileged to have him as a mentor and to now be a part of his amazing team of agents!

What Music Is Currently In Your iPod?
Garth Brooks, George Strait, Randy Travis, Darius Rucker, Billy Currington, Lady Antebellum, and more country! You get the idea...I LOVE Country! But my other favorites include: Mumford & Sons, Monster of Men, Van Morrison, Counting Crows, Sam Smith, and many others. I usually pick music based on the lyrics and what I can relate to in real life.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
Colorado MS150 (MS Society of Rocky Mountain Chapter) is an event and organization I hold near and dear to my heart. I’ve ridden for 5 years now in honor of several friends that live with MS. A few of them are in their 30’s. Think about that for a minute. This organization and event is my top priority. In addition, I’m an active member of the Junior League of Denver. I love volunteering and working with like-minded woman in the city of Denver and giving back to our local community. Lastly, I have a huge heart for shelter animals, so I give to our local shelters as often as I can. My sweet dog came from Boulder Humane Society, so giving back to that organization and others similar is my way of thanking them for my sweet furry kiddo.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
West End Tavern on Tennyson...the french fries with Sriracha lime sauce. OMG. Amazing. Shiso Sushi & Oyster Bar...their Golden Mussels and Spicy Crispy Tuna roll is super unique, fresh and delicious! I also love that I never have to wait for a table and can get sushi to go. Yummy! Billy’s Inn...the nachos are my absolute favorite! They use homemade chips and nacho cheese along with all the good fixings nachos require. Plus they are easily shared with 2 or more people.
